Syncing the app to my store
If you are experiencing issues with your store when using the app, there might be some settings that are not automatically applied. If this happens, you need to manually sync the app so that all settings will be applied to your store.
Follow these easy steps to learn how to do this:
1. Launch the app and go to the Dashboard.
2. Click the Troubleshooting tab from the left navigation panel.
3. Click the Sync Store tab.
The button will then change to Synced as an indication that the process had been completed.
