The configuration I have set does not apply
I believe I have installed and did all the settings in the app properly but it seems like the configuration did not apply to my store. What should I do?
The settings you just made may not have been synced to your store which is why the changes are not reflecting. You need to sync the settings for the app to work. You can do this by clicking on the Troubleshooting tab and click on Sync Store.
