Uninstalling the app

Uninstalling the app is easy. Follow these simple steps:

In your Shopify admin, click Delete beside the app.

A pop-up window will appear which allows you to choose the reason for deleting the app. This step is optional. You can state the reason by clicking on the drop-down arrow and selecting one reason from the menu. You can also put a brief description of your experience using the app in the box provided.

Click Delete.

Common question

Can I disable the trust badges without uninstalling the app?
Yes. Just set the Trust Badge Status to the OFF position from the Dashboard and the badges will be disabled. You can then enable it back anytime you like.
