I cannot see the changes I made within the app

If you experience doing some changes in the app's settings but they do not seem to work, this means you need to manually sync the settings to your store. Follow these steps:

If the changes you made are not showing on your store, you may need to manually sync the app. These will push the updates and show the changes to your store. To do this, follow the steps below.
Launch the app and go to the Dashboard.
 Click the Troubleshooting tab from the left navigation panel.
Click Sync Store.
The button will then change to Synced as an indication that the process has been completed.
