How to enable email notifications for Points Earned and Rewards Redeemed

Purpose: You can send email notifications to customers in your Rewards program to encourage engagement with your online store. Email notifications can be sent for points they have earned and rewards they have redeemed.

This process will show you how to set the app to send email notifications to your customers.

1. Launch the app and go to Customer Emails.

2. Under Notifications, slide the switch to the ON position for both Points Earned and Reward Redeemed.

The settings will then be automatically saved.
