My customers who subscribed are not getting notifications. What could be wrong?

Question: I can see that there are lots of customers who subscribed to receive notifications but it seems that they have not received any. What could be wrong?

Answer: There are two possible reasons for this issue and you can try doing these troubleshooting steps to resolve it.

1. The customer has not allowed notification/pop-ups and redirects on his browser - Advise customers to enable this by clicking on the padlock icon and choosing Allow on the drop-down menu.

2. Cache and cookies have to be cleared - Advise customers to clear cache and cookies on their browsers.
