Customizing the widget settings

You can customize the widget settings on your product page to give it a more personalized look depending on your preference.

Widget Texts

The widget text is what shows up on the product page that points to the products you are upselling. You can change the text on this widget, the font and size, and even the color!

1: Launch the app and go to Widget Settings.
2: Change the Text to something that you prefer. In this example, we enter These items are good together!
3: Choose the Font family and Font size by clicking on their drop-down arrows.
4: Choose the text color of the widget and its alignment.
5: Once you're satisfied with your settings, click Save.

Maximum number of products

You can set a maximum number of products that will show on a product page when you are upselling. This way, you can be sure that the page will not be overcrowded and organized. Follow these easy steps below:

1: On the Widget Settings window, scroll down to the Products section.
2: Click the drop-down arrow and choose the maximum number of products that you want to set.
3: You can also check or uncheck the box that allows the product display to be shuffled and appear in random order.
4: Once you're satisfied with your settings, click Save.

Adjusting the recommendation box

The recommendation box is the section where the widget texts can be seen.

To adjust the size of this box, follow these steps:

1: On the Widget Settings window, scroll down to the Box Style section.
2: Set the width of the box.
3: Once you're satisfied with your settings, click Save.

Your Box width is now limited to the size you have set.

Note: Be careful not to set the Box max width too low, or the widget may end up very narrow and stretched down the page. In the example image below, the Box max width is set to 10 px, resulting in a long, thin display:

Add buttons and product labels

The Add buttons and product labels are just under the product recommendations section. To customize these settings, follow these steps:

1: On the Widget Settings window, scroll down to the Product Translation section.
2: In the Add selected to cart field, enter the text you want to use.
3: In the Added selected to cart field, change the text to your preference. This button will appear after you confirm the products that you are adding to your cart.
4: You can modify the Sale and Total Price fields as well if you wish to.
5: Replace This item in the given field according to your preference.
6: You can also customize the colors of these buttons and labels by choosing the colors you prefer under Color Settings.
7: Once you're satisfied with your settings, click Save.

Price display options

Most of the time, you can see that the prices of products are shown on the app's widget. These are the regular prices for the items displayed and the discounted prices that you have set (if applicable) brought about by the use of the app. You can show these prices on the widget or hide them if you wish to. This can be done by a simple slide of the button to the ON or OFF position.

Sale badge on images

Items that are on sale or have discount offers on them can also be labeled or tagged as they show on the widget. You can show or hide these sale badges or tags on these discounted items by a simple slide of the button to the ON or OFF position.
