How to sync the app to your store

If you are experiencing slight issues with the app, you may need to do some simple troubleshooting to resolve it. One of these troubleshooting steps involves syncing the store settings with the app. To do this, follow these steps:

After launching the app, click the Troubleshooting tab on the navigation panel to the left.
Click the Sync Store button.
The button will change to Synced when the process is completed.
