How to sync the app to your store
If you are experiencing slight issues with the app, you may need to do some simple troubleshooting to resolve it. Here are some steps to follow:
1. After launching the app, click the Troubleshooting tab on the navigation panel to the left.
2. Click the Sync Store button.
3. The text on the button will then change to Synced. This indicates that the store settings are now synced with the app.
