How to sync the app to your store
If you are experiencing slight issues using the app, you may need to do simple troubleshooting to resolve it. To do this, follow these easy steps:
1. Launch the app and click the Troubleshooting tab on the left navigation panel.
2. Click the Sync Store button.
3. The button will then change to Sync, an indication that the store settings are now synced with the app.
